Restoration of Grade II* Tudor Grange receives Victorian Society award.

PCPT are delighted that all our hard efforts to save and repurpose the Grade II* Tudor Grange in Solihull have been recognised by the Victorian Society.  Great credit goes to our client – the MACC Group, and DC Construction’s team and our thanks to them for getting us involved. 

This mansion with its statuary, stained glass and grandiose panelling/fire places was once occupied and extended by the Bird family (of custard and baking powder fame) but had been left idle for a decade and was at a tipping point however, thanks to a collaborative approach which included the council, a worthy restoration was completed and the grounds developed to become a true home again.
