We’re delighted to have moved our practice offices to 86 Spencer Street, the ‘nose’ of the Jewellery Quarter development we designed.

The move marks two decades in the quarter for PCPT.

PCPT Director David Mahony commented on the move:

“It is a rare privilege for an architectural firm to be stationed in a building it has designed and developed itself and we are delighted to be back at the Spencerpoint development, this time in the ‘nose’ of the building.

“This latest move has seen us reaffirming our commitment to Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter which has transformed since we arrived here in 2001 and we would like to think that we’ve brought positive changes to the area through helping create the Jewellery Quarter Development Trust and the JQ Business Improvement District.

“Architecture is as much about people as places. In creating a ‘local feel’ for staff, we’ve been able to make our offices a hive of activity through tough times and better ones. This has been crucible from which PCPT’s award-winning schemes and heritage projects have come.”
