PCPT have submitted for planning permission a £35M residential development alongside the Grade II* Tudor Grange in Solihull.
The proposal includes a care home and combines the opportunities for all to use and benefit from the heritage which includes a fine series of panelled rooms and the grounds which were the Edwardian ‘Pleasance’ created by the Bird family of Digbeth custard fame.
The development demonstrates our skills in working with important listed buildings in a masterplan and in adding modern and contextual buildings in the heritage setting.
