‘Site 2’ as identified by the Far Gosford Street Coventry Masterplan, is the land behind 31-33 which had originally been narrow ‘rows’ of residential accommodation and was completed in 2017 for Complex Development Projects.

The office buildings act to define an urban edge, repairing the scars left by the incision of the 8 lane highway, Sky Blue Way, that cut through the neighbourhood in the 1970’s. Laid out to respect the sites heritage through both form and as a barrier to the evasive highway beyond.
