Commissioned by Spencer Point Limited, the mixed use scheme provides two large flexible double height commercial spaces on the ground floor plus thirteen apartments above in the heart of the Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter. This BREEAM excellent building’s innovative design provides large window areas for natural light and ventilation.

Additional features include sun pipes to lobbies, heat transfer slabs, stack ventilation, light sensors, rainwater recycling, solar panels and a green roof garden. Site specific artworks, flexible layouts and on site car parking led to us making it our own home for many years.
