After a very successful project at 35 Calthorpe Road, the Calthorpe Estate asked us to provide a modern contextual design to extend what usto be a mid-Victorian residence on the prominent Calthorpe road, Edgbaston, Birmingham.
The feature building will form one of the gateway retail outlets for the hastening Edgbaston Village development. Edgbaston Village is to be one of Birmingham most prestigious shopping experiences, a project we are proud to have been involved in.
