Team & Studio

The practice operates within an open studio office located in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter which was designed by the practice to embody many of the practice’s values concerning regeneration and sustainable development.  Today the practice numbers 20 people and we continue to grow organically and look to the future.

PCPT is led by three architect directors, each one dedicated to a particular field of the business to ensure clients benefit from a wealth of experience and the best possible advice.

David Mahony
Managing Director
David leads Design within PCPT

David has extensive experience of all stages of small and large conservation led projects across a wide spectrum of sectors. Principally design motivated he is acutely aware of how to provide quality solutions to tight budgets and considers this challenge focuses the mind to delivering ‘Best Value’.


David Willetts
Director
David leads Delivery  within PCPT

David has a broad experience of Public and Private sector project, the management of multiple programme deliveries and design teams. He is dedicated to a client focused delivery ensuring that all project opportunities are explored and constraints are managed.

Noel Street
Director
Noel leads Operations within PCPT.

Noel has particular responsibilities for Public Sector Frameworks and Regeneration projects across the Midlands and is an elected member of the RIBA West Midlands Forum. He is also chair of Birmingham Best Practice Club , a non-profit making provider of training to the construction industry and he is also vice-chair of the NSPCC Birmingham Business Group.

In addition to our talented and experiences staff of Architects and Technicians the practice is strengthened by the continued involvement of Alan Willetts who operates on a consultancy basis and is dedicated to the Retail Banking section of the practice which he has developed over the last 40 years.
